Some of our Hirings have been about making of CDs. This is a very exciting process to take part in – the finished article growing slowly over the recording time.

Our Rosewood Mustel No. 1924-1057 was used on this recording as it has the specially large specification to enable Anne Page to play the most taxing of pieces ever written for the harmonium – Karg-Elert’s Sonata No. 2 (Anne Page site)
ii) Mahler ‘Symphony No. 4’ (arr E Stein) NOVALIS 150 156-2
Our Black Mustel No. 311 was privileged to be in this World Premiere recording with the Northern Sinfonia
